For those who don’t know UC Merced is only 5 years old same for Prodigy. So many of us here are kind of making this up as we go.  me recent events have made me want to set up some guidelines for doing things. We don’t have a governing document right now, so I am wondering what you all use and if I can have a look at yours I be happy.  Sfaff manual, constitution, bi-laws, etc. Thanks.
